How do you imagine the evolution of your work and your career as an artist in the future?
The evolution of a creative career is a very tedious process that is often an unpredictable journey and depends on many factors, including inspiration, life experiences, and the ever-changing cultural context. It is worth being open to new ideas and experiments because they can lead to fascinating and completely new artistic findings that we have never dreamed of before, expanding our creative horizons.
Of course, I aspire for wider global recognition, but I do not want to limit myself to a singular style or technique. Although this approach may not always be perceived as conventional, I believe it's a positive aspect of an artist's growth. I’m on the way to discovering an original and unique surface for painting, allowing my works to be admired and recognized by an increasingly expansive group of collectors. In my dreams, I envision my art becoming a passport to explore other countries more frequently, offering opportunities to participate in fairs, events, and exhibitions globally.
What is the theme, style or technique of your latest artistic production?
My recent paintings mix around silhouettes and portraits, featuring contemporary and historical figures set against a unique backdrop of vibrant textures. in a unique environment of colorful textures and elements drawn from the luxurious fashion collections of renowned designers and brands within the high-end fashion segment. Monochromatic figures take center stage, surrounded by a collection of contrasting colors and ornamented metallic motifs.
The inspiration to start this series came with an invitation to create a painting for a Special Event with Philipp Plein, an iconic figure in the fashion world. His visit in Warsaw, combined with an exhibition featuring selected artists was great. Then I started creating my first designs inspired by fashion shows and the latest collections. I continue to develop numerous projects on this theme, it has become clear to me that this mix of art and fashion will remain a focal point of my creative journey for at least the next few months.
