Shipping and Returns
Shipping
The safe delivery of your artwork is my priority. As an internationally selling artist with a registered business in Poland under the name Arthebrand Monika Mrowiec NIP 7543372815, I'm pleased to offer worldwide shipping.
Orders are typically dispatched within 4 to 10 days of purchase. For made-to-order pieces, shipment details are arranged individually. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination country, as all artwork is shipped from Poland.
While I do not issue VAT invoices, please feel free to contact me if you require one, or consider purchasing through my partner gallery, which can provide VAT invoicing.
Delivery Costs and Customs fees
I list the prices for my artwork in PLN. If you’d prefer to pay in another currency, such as USD or EUR - just reach out to me directly, and I’ll prepare an invoice in your preferred currency.
Free international delivery available after request. Shipping within Poland and Germany is free. International shipping costs vary based on the artwork’s dimensions and destination and are calculated individually. Please note that all shipping fees include insurance, ensuring your order is fully protected against any damage. If needed, I will arrange secure packaging in a custom-built wooden crate for added safety.
Customs fees may apply, depending on the regulations of the destination country. For specific details on potential charges, please get in touch with your local customs office.
Returns and Complaints
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. I accept returns within 14 days at the customer’s expense. If you’d like to return an item, please get in touch with me at: hello@arthebrandstudio.com
Please note that made-to-order artworks are not eligible for return, and framed-to-order art can be returned but is not eligible for a full refund. All return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The painting must be returned in its original packaging, securely packaged, undamaged, and with insurance paid for any damage caused in transit. Please contact me if you want me to arrange the return shipment by myself.
If you are not sure if my work will suit your interior, make a purchase through my partner gallery where you are entitled to a free return.
If you receive a damaged item, you can ask for a replacement, but only if a damage report was drawn up with the courier during the receipt of the work. If you forgot to write down a damage report with the courier - don't worry, contact the shipping company as soon as possible or fill out the appropriate interactive form within 24 hours on the carrier's website. In addition, you need photos of damage from the outside of the package (photos before unpacking, damaged corners of the package, and others). This is necessary to claim compensation from the courier company, otherwise, it will not be possible, and the recipient is responsible for receiving the damaged package.
