Your order is protected against damage. If required, the painting will be shipped in a specially built-wooden crate.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that made-to-order artworks are not eligible for return, and framed-to-order art can be returned but is not eligible for a full refund. All return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The painting must be returned in its original packaging, securely packaged, undamaged, and with insurance paid for any damage caused in transit.

If you are not sure if my work will suit your interior, make a purchase through my partner gallery where you are entitled to a free return.

If you receive a damaged item, you can ask for a replacement,  but only if a damage report was drawn up with the courier during the receipt of the work. If you forgot to write down a damage report with the courier - don't worry, contact the shipping company as soon as possible or fill out the appropriate interactive form within 24 hours on the carrier's website. In addition, you need photos of damage from the outside of the package (photos before unpacking, damaged corners of the package, and others). This is necessary to claim compensation from the courier company, otherwise, it will not be possible, and the recipient is responsible for receiving the damaged package.
