The safe delivery of your order is my priority. As an internationally selling artist, I am proud to deliver worldwide.

  • I typically deliver orders within 4 to 10 days of purchase.

  • For made-to-order pieces, the shipment is determined individually.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination, I send my paintings from Poland.

  • I do not issue VAT invoices, but if you need one, please get in touch with me or buy from my partner gallery

Shipping within Poland is included in the price of the painting. The cost of international delivery depends on the dimensions of the work and the destination of your order; is determined individually.  Please note that the shipping fee always includes insurance. Your order is protected against damage. If required, the painting will be shipped in a specially built-wooden crate.

Customs fees may apply when exporting artwork, which varies from country. Please contact your country's customs office to find out whether customs duties will be charged, or in what amount.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that made-to-order artworks are not eligible for return, and framed-to-order art can be returned but is not eligible for a full refund. All return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The painting must be returned in its original packaging, securely packaged, undamaged, and with insurance paid for any damage caused in transit. Please contact me if you want me to arrange the return shipment by myself.

If you are not sure if my work will suit your interior, make a purchase through my partner gallery where you are entitled to a free return.

If you receive a damaged item, you can ask for a replacement,  but only if a damage report was drawn up with the courier during the receipt of the work. If you forgot to write down a damage report with the courier - don't worry, contact the shipping company as soon as possible or fill out the appropriate interactive form within 24 hours on the carrier's website. In addition, you need photos of damage from the outside of the package (photos before unpacking, damaged corners of the package, and others). This is necessary to claim compensation from the courier company, otherwise, it will not be possible, and the recipient is responsible for receiving the damaged package.
